The process integrates the Sepbox® preparative HPLC-SPE system with the Genevac HT-24 centrifugal evaporator. The HT-24’s large dual-chamber capacity allows rapid evaporation of hundreds of fractions with precise temperature and vacuum control, preventing degradation or loss of volatile compounds. Built-in Dri-Pure® technology eliminates cross-contamination and bumping, while custom sample holders ensure compatibility with non-standard vials.
