Lyophilization cycle development is no longer a trial and error process. There are many tools available to help scientists understand the process, improve product qualities, and obtain the data needed to rationalize the development method in the process development report. This information will also be useful for future product life cycle management. New features of the SP Hull LyoStar 4.0 will be discussed during this webinar. This presentation will also cover some of the tools and technology that can be used to efficiently develop cycles and support the effort with real time data. Use of manometric temperature measurement (MTM), wireless sensor, controlled ice nucleation and tuneable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) and demonstrate how these tools can be used to assist cycle development.
