Presented by Dr. Jeff Schwegman, this hands-on, laboratory-based training guides attendees through the complete lyophilization process. From formulation and thermal analysis to cycle development, optimization, and troubleshooting, attendees will learn how to translate analytical data into practical steps for building robust freeze-drying cycles. Work directly with leading Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) tools in a controlled lab setting to improve product quality and process efficiency.
Hands-On Training is a four-day program, and fees include in-person training, course manuals, accommodations, lunch, dinner, and beverages. In order to maintain the high quality of our practical training workshops, however, places are limited.

- Cycle development initial optimization
- Formulation considerations and characterization
