Precision Forming, Grinding & Cutting
Produced by heat shrinking tubing on mandrels, this process is often the starting point for products. Concentric and centerless grinding with O.D. precision up to +/- 0.0002 inches including end finishing or cutting and fire polishing.
Glass Blowing & Fabrication
Our skilled glassblowers can shape almost anything, either freehand or on lathes. Custom and OEM capabilities include lathe fabrication, graded sealing, lamp work and glass repair.
Glass Tooling & Forming
Production of full apparatus, joints and flanges from tubes and rods. Capabilities include vacuum silvering or ultra-high vacuum glass jacketing.
Glass to Metal Sealing
Sealing glass to metal involves a thorough knowledge of not only glass, but the linear coefficients of expansion of metals. We specialize in the expansion match seal in which fusion joints carry identical linear coefficients of expansion.
Marking Decoration
Labware is calibrated in a temperature-controlled environment then permanently marked. Marking can include graduation by etching or silk screening, or decal application, including sequential barcoding.
Glass Treatment
Glass can be treated with specialty coatings including UV light inhibitors, amber coatings, PVC and Nylon safety coatings, and chemical strengthening for use in high-pressure applications.
Flowmeter Tubes

Precision Bore Tubing
All shapes including round, square and rectangular with rigorous I.D. and O.D. tolerances as tight as 0.0002 inches. Vertical and horizontal shrinking with precise control of any diameter tube up to 6 inches. Ability to maintain rigorous length and perpendicularity tolerances.
