Controlled crystallization is essential in identifying and stabilizing polymorphic forms of active pharmaceutical ingredients. This work presents the Exalt™ evaporative crystallization system, which runs on the Genevac HT Series 3i Vacuum Evaporator, designed to regulate solvent removal through programmable pressure cycling and uniform evaporation rates across solvents of varying volatility. Case studies show that Exalt™ enables reproducible formation of both metastable and thermodynamically stable crystal forms, reducing material consumption and experimental variability. The system offers a reproducible, scalable platform for polymorph screening and stability studies within early-stage pharmaceutical development.
