Ian Schmitz, obtained his PhD in Biochemistry in 2005 from Rush University in Chicago, with a focus on Osteoarthritis. He has been with SP for 11 years, initially starting as the New England Regional Sales Manager. Since mid-2020, Ian has served as a Product Manager, overseeing various product lines, ranging from Freeze Drying to Thermal Equipment. Currently, he is the Product Manager for Service and Training.
